We open the device, clean the logic board and connectors, replace damaged parts where it makes sense, and tell you honestly what can be recovered. The sooner you bring it in, the better the odds.

Water Damage Repair: Frequently Asked Questions
My phone fell in water. What should I do right now?
Turn it off, do not plug it in, and do not try to charge it. Dry the outside and bring it to us as soon as you can. Do not put it in rice: rice does not remove the water inside, and the delay lets corrosion spread.
Does rice fix a wet phone?
No. Rice absorbs almost nothing from inside a sealed phone, and waiting a day or two lets corrosion damage the board. A proper cleaning within hours gives the best chance of recovery.
Can a water damaged phone be repaired?
Often, yes, especially if it is brought in quickly and was not charged while wet. Some phones need only cleaning and a new battery or screen. Some are beyond repair, and we tell you that honestly after the free diagnostic.
How much does water damage repair cost?
The diagnostic is free. If the phone can be saved, we quote the cleaning and any parts before starting. If it cannot, you pay nothing.
Is water damage repair covered by the warranty?
The parts we replace are covered by our limited lifetime warranty. Water damage itself is not something any shop can warranty, because corrosion can continue inside the device after a repair.
Can you recover my photos from a water damaged phone?
We try. If the phone will power on after cleaning, we help you back up your data. If it will not, we look at what recovery is possible and tell you the odds before you decide.
