AM Cell Phone Repairs & Accessories repairs iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, iPads, MacBooks and computers at three stores in Thousand Oaks, Burbank and Granada Hills. Diagnostics and estimates are free, most repairs are done the same day, and most are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Pricing and estimates
How much does a phone repair cost?
It depends on the device and the part, so we diagnose for free and quote you before any work starts. Screen and battery repairs are the most common and the most affordable. Request a free estimate online or walk in, and if you have a lower written quote from a local shop, we will beat it.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Diagnostics and estimates are free with no obligation, in the store or through the online form. You only pay if you approve the repair.
Do you price match?
Yes. Our Best Price Guarantee means we beat any lower written quote from a local repair shop for the same repair. Bring the quote with you or mention it when you request your estimate.
Do you offer repair bundles?
Yes. If your device needs more than one repair, such as a screen and a battery, ask us to bundle them. Bundled repairs are quoted together at a better price than doing them one at a time.
Turnaround and loaner phones
How long does a phone repair take?
Most screen and battery repairs are finished the same day, and many are done while you wait. Repairs that need a special-order part or board-level work take longer, and we tell you the timeline when we quote you.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at all three stores during business hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 6:00pm. If you want to be sure a part is in stock before you drive over, request an estimate online first.
What is the loaner phone program?
If your repair cannot be finished while you wait, we lend you a phone at no charge so you stay connected. Loaners are first come, first served, so ask when you drop off your device.
What kind of loaner phone will I get?
To keep the program free, the loaner is a previous-generation model of the phone you bring in. We move your SIM card to the loaner and back at no charge.
Do I have to pay for the loaner?
No. The loaner phone is complimentary while we repair your device, with no strings attached.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Most repairs are covered by the CPR limited lifetime warranty on parts and labor, honored at all of our stores and through the CPR Cell Phone Repair network. Accidental damage and liquid damage after the repair are not covered. Full conditions are on our Repair Terms page.
What do I do if a repaired part fails?
Bring the device and your receipt back to the store that did the repair, or to any of our stores if that one has closed. If the failure is covered by the warranty, we re-do the repair or replace the part at no charge.
Devices we repair
Do you repair iPhones?
Yes, every model from the iPhone 8 through the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo, plus older models on request. Screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, back glass and water damage are the most common iPhone repairs we do.
Do you repair Samsung Galaxy phones?
Yes, including the Galaxy S series through the S25, the Z Fold and Z Flip, and the A series. We replace screens, batteries, charging ports and cameras, and we diagnose water damage.
Do you repair iPads and tablets?
Yes. We replace cracked iPad glass and LCDs, batteries and charging ports on iPad, iPad Air, iPad mini and iPad Pro, and we repair Samsung Galaxy Tab models too.
Do you repair MacBooks and laptops?
Yes. We repair MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and Windows laptops: screens, keyboards, trackpads, batteries, charging ports, hard drives and data recovery, virus removal and factory resets.
I do not have an Apple or Samsung phone. Can you still fix it?
Yes. We specialize in Apple and Samsung but repair most Android phones, including Motorola and LG. Request a free estimate with your model and we will confirm parts and price.
I have an older iPhone or Samsung that is not listed. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. We can source parts for most older models. Send us the model through the free estimate form and we will confirm availability and price.
How do I know if I need an LCD repair or just the glass?
If the touch does not respond, the display has lines, dark spots or discoloration, or it stays black, the LCD is damaged and needs replacing. If the image is perfect and only the glass is cracked, a glass repair may be enough. Bring it in and we will check for free.

Where are your stores?
We have three stores: Thousand Oaks at 3178 E Thousand Oaks Blvd, Burbank at 1802 W Olive Ave, and Granada Hills at 16204 Devonshire St. Every store offers the same repairs, prices and warranty.
Is the Simi Valley, Studio City or Chatsworth store still open?
No. Those storefronts have closed. Simi Valley customers are served by our Thousand Oaks store, Studio City by Burbank, and Chatsworth by Granada Hills, each about ten to twenty minutes away.
Do you serve Westlake Village, Northridge, Glendale and nearby cities?
Yes. Our Thousand Oaks store serves Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Agoura Hills and Moorpark. Granada Hills serves Northridge, Porter Ranch and Chatsworth. Burbank serves Glendale, North Hollywood and Studio City.

Do you service corporate accounts?

Do you sell phone cases and accessories?
Yes. Every store carries cases, screen protectors, chargers and cables for current iPhone and Samsung models, including brands like OtterBox, Speck and Incipio.
